Some sections of the store require registration.

The registration form requires entering such personal data as: name and surname, address, NIP (tax number), login and password, which are necessary for making orders with www.redzone.com.pl. In the form you also have to indicate whether you are interested in receiving information on new products and – in compliance with current Personal Data Protection Act – agree to processing your personal data for the purposes of Red-Zone. Outside the registration form, personal data of users may be collected while providing other services or organising competitions at www.redzone.com.pl. 

Bear in mind that your agreement to allow Red-Zone to process your personal data for marketing purposes is entirely voluntary. Each user has the right to preview and correct the entered data. 

Personal data entered when adding comments on the products, other materials related to www.redzone.com.pl are available for all visitors to pages containing such data.

Every user who created the account with the store may request its deletion at any time. The account will be deleted immediately after all orders associated with it have been completed. All data will be erased, together with the e-mail address in the database.

It will be impossible to restore such account, the customer will have to create it from scratch by re-entering all data.

All comments posted by Customers under product and constituting an evaluation of the store (also sent to the store’s e-mail address) are property of the Red-Zone store and may be used in such or abbreviated form to promote the store or products on offer.

Obviously, such comments will never be signed with a full name and surname, except if the Customer agrees. We also undertake not to use them in other contexts or to promote any other product than the one intended by the author.

All opinions expressed in the comments remain Customers’ opinions and not opinions of the Red-Zone personnel. 

Some sections of www.redzone.com.pl may use cookies, i.e. small text files sent to visitor’s computer and identifying him or her for the purpose of simplifying or discontinuing a given operation.
