Shipment, returns & payment

1. The ordered products are delivered to the Store’s Customers by the Polish Post Office (Poczta Polska S.A.) to the address specified in the order form. It is possible to deliver the products by a courier company, if the Customer indicates such preference.

2. The postage cost is based on the order value, payment method, manner of delivery and target country.

3. The buyer pays the postage if the delivered goods are not accepted.

4. Red-Zone is not responsible for any delays in delivering the goods or mechanical damage to the products caused in transport. If such damage occurs, any complaints should be made directly with the courier company or the post office. Also, we would like you to inform us of the problem.

5. The Customer may return the goods purchased in the store within 10 days of receiving them. The returned product must not be damaged or used, it should also be complete. When returning the goods, please attach a proof of purchase. We reserve the right to reject the returned goods if there is any discrepancy with the foregoing return terms.

6. If the goods are returned without specifying a reason, the Customer will bear the cost of sending them back.

7. The store will not accept any items payable on delivery which are sent to it.

8. A complaint will be accepted only if a proof of purchase is presented (a receipt or VAT invoice).

9. After accepting the complaint, the store will dispatch an undamaged product or other goods on offer. If this proves impossible, the store will make a refund. In this case postage in both directions is covered by Red-Zone.

10. If damage to the product is not covered by warranty, the Buyer is obliged to cover postage in both directions.
