The www.redzone.com.pl online store is run by "Red-Zone A. Marchlewski i wspólnicy" Spółka Jawna, with its registered seat in Warsaw, ul. Za Łąkami 2/59.

1. Before the order is accepted and completed, it is necessary to accept the terms of sale and delivery specified in the online store and complete the registration procedure.

2. The orders are accepted via the website: www.redzone.com.pl

3. Entering your real address and telephone number is a necessary prerequisite for the completion of your order. 
If there is a suspicion that the data are false, the company reserves the right not to dispatch the goods.

4. The order completion procedure starts: 
a) in the case of orders payable on delivery: when the ordering person confirms the data entered in the registration form, 
b) in the case of orders payable by wire transfer: when the funds are deposited into the account; the transfer must include the order reference number. 
The order may take up to10 business days to complete.

5. Each order is issued along with a receipt or a VAT invoice. The relevant document is issued when all goods ordered by the customer are completed and ready for shipment.

6. The price given next to each article is valid at the moment of making an order by the customer. The store reserves the right to change the prices of the products on offer, supplement the online offer by new products, launch and call off promotional campaigns on the store's web pages and to modify them.

7. All products offered in the Red-Zone store are brand new, free of physical defects and have been legally entered on the market.

8. Each product purchased in our store comes with a 6-month warranty.

9. The warranty does not cover mechanical defects caused by inappropriate use.

10. In order to obtain warranty service, you must present a proof of purchase (a receipt or invoice).
